There's So Much to LOVE in Las Vegas!

Five-star attractions

Ask anyone about Las Vegas, and they'll probably mention the Strip—a stretch of Las Vegas Boulevard South that's known for its concentration of resorts, casinos, and high-rises. Here, you'll find some of the city's most iconic landmarks, including MGM Grand, Wynn/Encore, the Bellagio Fountains, a life-sized replica of the Eiffel Tower, and the STRAT. Believe it or not, Las Vegas also offers a fantastic selection of museums, including the Neon Museum and the Mob Museum. Be sure to check out the thriving Arts District, too!

Annual events

Las Vegas is truly a city that never sleeps, as evidenced by its jam-packed calendar of events. One of the biggest draws to Sin City has to be its spectacular performances by globally recognized musicians, comedians, magicians, and entertainers. Cirque du Soleil, David Copperfield, and Criss Angel are widely regarded as some of the best performers on the Strip. Las Vegas is also home to the Raiders NFL team, as well as the NHL Golden Knights. Be sure to try the best wines at Vegas Uncork'd in April and jam out to the Life Is Beautiful Music Festival, too.

Parks and recreation

Even though it might seem like a big city, Las Vegas has plenty of parks and open spaces for its residents to enjoy. Soak up the sun at Floyd Lamb Park, a 2,000+ acre spot with picnic areas and wildlife...including peacocks! Lorenzi Park features tons of play areas for kids, and furry friends are always welcome at Desert Breeze Park. For the ultimate outdoor adventure, take a day trip to experience the Hoover Dam or hike through Red Rock Canyon.

Local schools

Even if you don't have children, it's worth investing in an area with top-rated schools—they can actually help your property values over time. Luckily, Las Vegas students are zoned for the Clark County School District, the fifth largest district in the nation. The district is divided into seven regions and employs 15,422 total teachers. Many graduates go on to attend the College of Southern Nevada, one of the country's largest community colleges.

More Details on Las Vegas

Retail opportunities

It's easy to shop the day away when you call Las Vegas home. In addition to its casinos and resorts, the Strip features a number of name-brand retailers and shopping centers, including Fashion Show Las Vegas, Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian, and The Forum Shops at Caesar's. The Las Vegas North Premium Outlets offer designer brands at lower prices, while the Downtown Container Park showcases retailers housed in metal cubes and shipping containers.

Delectable dining

Hundreds of Michelin-star restaurants and world-renowned chefs make Las Vegas one of the most diverse culinary hotspots in the world. Most of the city's lavish resorts feature popular restaurants you won't want to miss—in fact, Guy Fieri, Gordon Ramsey, and Giada de Laurentiis all own establishments on or near the Strip. If you want to dine like a local, we recommend Peppermill, eat., Weera, or Top of the World.

Homes and communities

Las Vegas' homes and neighborhoods are just as diverse as the city itself. Here, you can uncover opulent master-planned communities, suburban bungalows, unprecedented estates, and even high-rise condos. The average home price in Las Vegas hovers around $365k, which is a 23% increase since last year. Prices could continue to go up over time, so you shouldn't wait much longer to move!
